VISUAL MERCHANDISING
After graduating from the University of the Arts London I worked from 2016 to 2018 within H&M home. I learnt a lot about how to display products within trends, how to group products in the most visually appealing way and how to layout a store to maximise commercial gain.
After a year of learning these skills coupled with customer service knowledge I was promoted to 'Extra Responsible'. Under this new role I was placed in charge of the kingston branches home section and all Visual merchandising within it. The stores core product layout was changed every two weeks, aided by the visual merchandising book and had to be planned around peak times, so that customer service was not compromised.

During my time at H&M, the home section continued to grow in profitability for the store and remained one of the highest profiting Home sections in the country.
